Super Flexible high-pressure SS Hose, type UFC-321 and UFC-316

UFC-321/316 is a closed pitched high-pressure flexible metal hose and is manufactured from SS321/316.It is formed in an annular construction with a SS304 or SS316 single or double wire braid.

UFC flexible hose is used for high flexing or vibrational applications.

UFC-321/316 flexible hose is available in long continuous, uninterrupted lengths which are wound onto a wooden reel and are poly wrapped for cleanliness and protection and also on the exact length.

The reels of hose are color coded for quick and easy identification; SS321 is blue, SS316 is red.

Both can be transported quickly on reels for shipping:
• Available in 150 meter lengths from 1/4″ to 1″ diameters.
• Available in 100 meter lengths from 1-1/4″ to 1-1/2″ diameters.
• Available in 70 meter lengths for 2″ diameter.
• Available in 80 meters for 2-1/2″ diameter.
• Available in 60 meters for 3″ diameter.

• Manufactured to ISO 10380 for corrugated flexible metal hoses and hose assemblies.
• There is minimal waste with this product.
• Working pressures are to 305 bar (4434 psi) which is dependent on size and quantity of braids.

The technical data sheets shows the maximum working and test pressures with the bend radius specification.

Also this hose can be made in assemblies to specific customer’s requirements.
