Medium pressure SS hose, type UFBX321 and UFBX316

UFBX-321/316 flexible metal hose is manufactured from 321 or 316 stainless steel strip and is formed in an annular construction with a SS304 or SS316 braid.

UFBX flexible hoses are available as a single or double braid. The double wire braid is used for higher working pressures.

UFBX-321/316 flexible hoses are available in long continuous, uninterrupted lengths which are wound onto a wooden reel and are poly wrapped for cleanliness and protection.

The reels of hose are color coded for quick and easy identification; SS321 is blue, SS316 is red.

Both can be transported quickly on reels for shipping:

Available in 150-meter lengths from 1/4″ to 1″ diameters.
Available in 100-meter lengths from 1-1/4″ to 1-1/2″ diameters.
Available in 70 meter lengths for 2″ diameter.
Available in 80 meters for 2-1/2″ diameter.
Available in 60 meters for 3″ diameter.

Manufactured to ISO 10380 for corrugated flexible metal hoses and hose assemblies.

There is minimal waste with this product.

Working pressures are to 220 bar (3191 psi) which is dependent on size and quantity of braids. Also the ISO 10380 Certification is available.
