Flexible Metal Hose and Tubing

In the factory in Merthyr Tydfil, United Kingdom we manufacture in a size range from 6mm to 300mm (1/4” to 12”) nominal bore, the corrugated flexible metal hose and tubing range is available unbraided for general use or single/double braided to withstand greater pressure and vibration and to protect from abrasive attack.

United-Flexible UFBX and UFC corrugated hose & tube is manufactured to BS 6501 Part 1, 2004, with the suffix Type 1, 2 and 3 indicating the hose flexibility in that standard.

UFBX Stainless Steel Metal Hose & Tube – Medium Pressure

Designed to meet the requirements of ISO 10380 flexibility, Type 1, this medium pressure range is available single or doubled braided for maximum performance.

UFBX hose is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, combining the advantages of high physical strength, long life and good corrosion characteristics.
UFBX is also suitable for conveying all types of liquids and gases within a temperature range of -200°C to 600°C.

AFBX Stainless Steel Metal Hose & Tube – Medium Pressure

This medium pressure hose is available single or doubled braided for maximum performance.

AFBX hose is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, combining the advantages of high physical strength, long life and good corrosion characteristics.
AFBX is also suitable for conveying all types of liquids and gases within a temperature range of -200°C to 600°C.

Stainless Steel Exhaust Hose

For exhaust systems, AmniTec has a range of exhaust hoses which are available from stock. These hoses, assembled with welding ends, can be used where flexibility is needed in exhaust systems, for decoupling of engine motions and as a vibration damper for engines and compressors etc.

UFC Stainless Steel Metal Hose – Super Flexible, High Pressure

Designed to meet the requirements of ISO 10380 flexibility, Type 1. UFC is a close pitched high-pressure annular hose (available unbraided, with single or double braid) used for high flexing or vibrational applications.

AmniTec can supply hoses either to the exact length or alternatively on drums for easy handling and shipment.

RF67 Ultra High Pressure & 400 Series Super High-Pressure Hose

RF67-XFC & 400 Series are manufactured in annular construction with close pitch corrugated flexible metallic hose. This product uses ultra heavy weight stainless
steel with multiple layers of braid wire. This Ultra High-Pressure Hose is only available as a completed assembly as we can assure a validated assembly which can
be used immediately.

Specialty Hose & Tube – Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel

AmniTec specialty hoses have a large number of industrial applications, in which high demands are made on the absorption of movement, vibrations and misalignment.

These specialty hose have, for example, a great corrosion resistance against heavy aggressive chemicals like chloride and hydrogen sulfide. Also, you can use them in a sea- and brackish water environment. For the right choice and more information look at the data sheets on this website.

Assembling

Our customers can have the products very fast, as assembling takes place in Rotterdam and delivery times are therefore short. The welding process is up to the latest standards, EN-ISO 15609-1 and our welders are certified according to ASME IX, NEN-EN-ISO 9609-1.

Swift Fit®

For the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning) market AmniTec has a specific range of stainless steel hoses under among Swift Fit®. A programme of stainless steel hoses that can be cut on the right length and assembled by a contractor. Various types of brass couplings are available.
