Stainless Steel Hoses

AmniTec stainless steel hoses are used in a wide variety of applications, where it concerns safety, health, environment, durability and lifetime. Hoses are made from stainless steel strip which is formed and welded to a thin walled tube, which is corrugated to form a flexible hose.

Hoses are normally braided to give strength when it is pressurized and provide a solid protective cover.

Due to the construction techniques involved and the wall thickness to burst strength ratio, the hoses are relative light compared to equivalent non- metallic hose alternatives in the market.

Stainless steel itself can withstand extreme variations in temperature ranging from very low to high temperatures i.e. from Cryogenic up to 600 degrees °C. Stainless steel hoses are diffuse tight, have an excellent chemical resistance as well as high physical strength. On top of it, stainless steel hose has very good corrosion characteristics.

AmniTec stainless steel hoses and assemblies are produced in sizes from 6mm (1/4”) up to 300mm (12”).

Because of our broad package of different stainless steel hoses, they can be used in both static and flexible applications and installations where constant flexing or vibration is required.
